MY "MUST HAVE" 2012 CALENDAR

TEMPO ARTE & POESIA IN UN CALENDARIO UNICO D'ANIMO.

MUST HAVE 2012 per gli amanti della grafica, illustrazione, arte & photografia.

Un collettivo di 13 artisti italiani per aiutare gli alluvionati della Liguria attraverso la comunità fondata da Don Gallo.

Il calendario è composto di pagine che con il passare del tempo diventano sempre più grandi, per arrivare poi al 13° mese, quello di Nina che con la sua piccola strip ci insegna a trasformare il brutto in bello.

I mesi sono raccolti da un anello apribile quindi ogni mese può diventare un quadro, un poster un regalo, la stampa e la carta, inutile dirlo sono di finissima qualità.

Il formato del calendario è wow: 42cm x 58cm.

DA OGGI NINA E' ED HA QUALCOSA IN PIU'.

Nina ha sempre avuto sensibilità per le piccole cose...finalmente un'occasione per esprimerlo facendo del bene.

Vi racconto brevemente il climax meraviglioso di questi giorni....

Tre settimane fa' le immagini dell'alluvione in Liguria mi hanno profondamente scosso. Sono ligure d'adozione, ho vissuto gran parte della mia vita in quella terra così speciale. Ho deciso di fare qualcosa, di concreto, non limitarmi alla compassione. No questa volta no.

E' bastata qualche ora, facebook, amiche e professioniste stupende, quindi l'adesione entusiasta senza se e senza ma di 12 contributor ed il progetto è nato:

"E' LA LIGURIA TERRA LEGGIADRA"

E' UN CALENDARIO "IMPERFETTO" COMPOSTO DI 12 MESI + 1 (IL 13° MESE è QUELLO CHE NON C'ERA, QUELLO CHE IDEALMENTE DOVREMMO AVER TUTTI, IL TEMPO PER FERMARCI A PENSARE A COSA E CHI ABBIAMO VICINO.

13 artisti, designer, illustratori e fotografi che hanno interpretato la struggente poesia "Liguria" di Vincenzo Cardarelli.

OHHH come son affezionata a questo oggetto soprattutto perchè si è trattata di una produzione limitata e un po' complessa...fustellatura, la carta di un certo tipo, 6 disegni diversi tra loro, un packaging che permettesse di mostrare e al tempo stesso riservare qualche sorpresa.

So che li ha disponibili solo thekidsboutik.com e son gli ultimi rimasti...non credo di riavviare una produzione...troppo impegnativa.

Ottobre è uno dei mesi preferiti di Nina, arrivano i primi pettirossi...anche a Milano. Nina passa ore e ore alla finestra con il musetto all'insù in attesa di veder un grazioso puntino rosso volteggiare nell'aria. Adorabili piccoli custodi dei mesi a venire.

October is one of Nina's most beloved months. The first little Robin birds start to come, in Milan as well. Nina is spending hours by the window wainting to see lovely little red dots in the sky. These little birds are the precious guardians of the cold days.

LE CIVETTE SUL COMO'

Il progetto nasce dalle menti creative, curiose e innovative di due civette: Alberta e Giorgia.

Partite alla ricerca di oggetti utili e originali, grazie al loro sguardo di mamme

metropolitane si sono ritrovate a selezionare un insieme di prodotti che strizzano l’occhio alla

funzionalità, ma che appagano anche il più spiccato dei gusti estetici facendo così felici

mamme e bambini!

Ed è proprio da una forte necessità di appagare lo sguardo che nasce il senso del “design per

bambini… e genitori”: oggetti divertenti per i primi ma che facilitano la vita soprattutto ai

secondi, piccoli ormai cresciuti e diventati adulti; perché l’oggetto, oltre ad essere utile, deve

anche integrarsi con armonia nello spazio vissuto quotidianamente.

Il progetto si articola in un sito e-commerce e in un piccolo showroom in zona Porta

Romana a Milano.

I veri protagonisti sono i prodotti: emozionanti, seducenti, funzionali, eco, colorati, divertenti

e soprattutto sicuri.

Oggetti di uso quotidiano provenienti principalmente dall’estero, in particolare dal Nord

Europa dove vi è da sempre un’attenzione spiccata verso il mondo dei più piccoli.

“Abbiamo considerato mobili ecologici e trasformabili che fanno risparmiare tempo ed energia.

Abbiamo trovato soluzioni di design ma non necessariamente ingombranti e costose.

Abbiamo unito il gioco con l’arredamento.

Abbiamo raccolto decorazioni stimolanti e creative.

Abbiamo pensato alla necessità di essere comodi e pratici.

Abbiamo semplificato l’organizzazione al di fuori delle mura domestiche.

Abbiamo cercato emozioni negli oggetti.

Abbiamo selezionato da mamme non dimenticando di essere ancora un po’ bambine!”

In the last days I've been very busy with my work. I've created many artworks, besides the packaging of all Nina's pieces...a long time to tide up the studio...
But now looking at it I feel very proud, and must say is such a feeling!

Goodmorning,
within a few days the site of nina will be on line. I feel happy about this, has been a huge work to organize alle the images, take pictures, try to give a logic sense of the material I've produced in the last months.

The website will be quite "tidy" and "logic", and "formal" (uhhh such a word!)...the opposite of myself.

I will keep on posting on the blog with much more freedom as it will be my very personal side of Nina. This is why I wills start showing my habitat, the place where Nina and I understand eachother. Nina still doesn't know about the new website about her, she looks a bit confused because I've been working a lot on my mac instead of looking at her, drawing her. I hope she will appreciate her new location on the web.

Sure she's not going to be alone.
